enjoying the winter garden

Wintertime in the garden, before it got really cold and foggy. Bright and warm winter days, lazy long lunches on the grass.

Kids rolling in the grass in glee while we eat our lunch.

Tiny little kamquat ripening to be made into marmalade.

Euphorbia, always blooming in the heat or cold.

And, bougainvillea as always. I don't think a garden is complete until it has some bougainvillea in it.

ps: this was all about a week back, before the temperature fell to a max of 11C, when the warm sun welcomed and warmed us.
