The future is Dubai

Well, it looks like coming to Dubai has brought good luck to my blogs, as the Google page rank for all my blogs has increased. I'm willing to constantly travel back and forth if it keeps increasing like this! We've been in Dubai for the past few days and I have thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city, which is bursting with energy and drive. You can see growth everywhere you look and it's an exciting time to be here. I also love the fact that there are people from across the world here, so it's a truly international experience, which the US used to be at one time, but really isn't even close any more.

We visited the ongoing Arabian Travel Market, a travel and hospitality industry trade show, which had stalls from across the world. The section on Dubai was the most amazing one, with huge displays of upcoming projects, such as Dubailand which will have the Arabian Mall, Universal Studios, theme park (the display included a life size working model of a dinosaur), the Palm Jebel Ali, the Palm Deira and the original Palm Jumeirah, which is 80% complete already with houses and hotels and will have the Atlantis resort as well at the top end of the palm.
