Apartment hunting in Dubai

So, our search has officially begun for apartments in Dubai and I have got my first reply from one of the real estate agents there. He says that the turnover is so quick that it's no use sending me a list of apartments that are available now, since they are not likely to be available after a week. The best way to handle it, is to give them a call once you are in town and they will show you what is available then. Now, let's see what the other agents say.
