Retail boom increases werehouse prices

The country's retail boom is not just pushing up prices of luxury malls and high street retail spaces, but also for warehouses, which are now being seen as a lucrative business opportunity, since all international retail firms that are planning to come to India are interested in doing both retail as well as wholesale trade. Several realty firms such as DLF, Unitech, Ansals, TDI, Omaxe etc have already started talking to retail chains for this purpose.
