Do parents make better managers?

New research shows that parents make better managers, especially those parents who are focused on creating a good family lifestyle. This new research comes from Clark University and the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, N.C., who interviewed about 350 managers and executives from large sized public corporations. The research team also spoke to respondents colleagues, subordinates and seniors about how they perform at work. It was found that respondents who were committed to family life had received better reviews as they are better at handling stress, negotiating and multitasking.
