packing and unpacking

With all the activity we've had in the past few weeks, traveling back and forth to different places, I've become an expert at unpacking only what is needed and then repacking it all with great ease. The hardest part was trying to make it all fit back once you take everything out, so I tried not to do that, but really the bulkiest items were the hubby's shoes and the assorted mens skin care stuff, shaving stuff and the like. All bulky bottles and cans. And then, carting so much stuff around for a toddler isn't the easiest thing in the world, especially when you're going to a colder place, so one packs in sweaters and jackets of a variety of weights. What if it gets really cold? What if it rains? What if she rolls around in the mud and dirties her 3 pairs of pants? And so it goes. I ended up reducing my stuff, and that's how it all fitted in!
