have you noticed the new companies starting up

Have you noticed how all of a sudden there are so many new businesses starting off again. We've been seeing new companies set up shop in the area we live, since this is a mixed-use residential and commercial area. In the past few weeks itself, I've seen advertisements for dedicated hosting which would be perfect for a new company setting up and needing to be up and running at a short notice. Having a website is not even something that most companies consider, since it is the most basic of things these days. It's how things work these days, right.
