Wal-Mart focusing on employer-branding

With all the bad press that Wal-Mart gets, where ever it goes, the company is looking to brand itself using an advertising agency. The company wants it's image as a good employer and an employee friendly organization to be highlighted. Interestingly, it was IT companies that first used employee branding to hold on to their employees and develop am image as a worthy employer. Wal-Mart is estimated to require close to 2,500 people for its store operations.
