Networking in frequent flyer clubs

Here's a new social network that you might already be a part of: frequent flyer programs. Springwise.com reports that KLM is taking this to the next level by creating a customer-centric online community where you can connect with people while doing business in China and Africa. The airline has created a club for KLM Club China and KLM Club Africa which is an invite only club to promote business. Clients can use the clubs as a way of making like minded contacts. There are perks such as access to business and information services such as dedicated phone services, translations services, legal work, hotels, conference locations etc.
