On furniture

My favorite style of furniture is that with clean and simple lines. No gothic, carved stuff for me please. I love furniture that is adaptable to many different looks, since I like to mix things up quite often. I really like having a good bookshelf, something I don't have right now. Living in Bombay or pretty much anywhere in India, one needs to have a closed bookcase so the dust doesn't get to the books. Unfortunately, mine are open bookshelves and the quality of my books are deteriorating with each passing day. I also find it extremely important to have some good storage in the bathroom.
