On Forrester Research

Are you an online marketer or researcher? I do a bit of both as part of my job and find that I rely on Forrester Research for a lot of tips and tools. Their teleconferences and forums are a great way to connect with other researchers and analysts and keep track of things in the industry. I am quite keen on taking part in the teleconference on November 9th on 'Forty Facts about the US online Shopper', which will discuss profiles of customer who shop online, the top categories that are shopped and the top eCommerce browsing categories. Hosted by Sucharita Mulpura, a senior analyst at Forrester Research, the teleconference is sure to be chock-a-block full of useful information.
