Fluidity Bar

I saw an interesting fitness product on in the Internet called the Fluidity Bar. It's an all body exercise machine that uses your own body weight to tone and shape your entire body. So far, the machine was being used only at some of the top health clubs in New York City and is now available for everyone to try out. The Fluidity Bar has been designed by engineers from MIT, who have patented its design and utility. Users can adjust the machine to their hip height and also to their flexibility level for maximum output. The Fluidity Bar seems like a very interesting concept but I would love to try it out first before buying it. The price seems to be on the higher side, but if the product really suits a person then it would be a good value.
