Jearsey shore real estate

I've been writing a lot about real estate recently. I have found it rather fascinating to know what is happening in the real estate markets since reading Freakonomics. On our recent trip to the US, we drove from Washington DC to Boston and back, and noticed a marked difference in the real estate scene from a few years ago.

The Jersey shoreline is a fascinating stretch of land that everyone seems to be heading to each weekend. One of the most popular and accessible regions is Monmouth County on the New Jersey shore. The county is part of the New York Metropolitan Area and ranks 42nd in the list of highest income counties in the US. Due to its proximity to New York City, prices have been increasing rapidly over the years, but there are still some great deals to be found at Bruce Germinsky's real estate company.
