Cool art for your TV

When I was in college in Manhattan, KS, our local library had framed paintings by all the greats available for rent. So along with your books, magazines, movies and music, you could rent posters of paitings too. I thought it was a really great way to let poor students let art become part of their lives and learn to appreciate it.

Now, this is something new and pretty cool stuff. Install your TV with a Ambient Art plasma tv screensaver of world famous paintings with or without a commertary. I think its a great way to bring art home, and not just any old art, but some of the world's most talked about paintings. I would pick both Vincent Van Gogh and Paul Gauguin.
