The natural way

High blood pressure is getting increasingly common in developed countries, due to higher stress levels, changing eating and lifestyle habits that modernism brings with it. While there a lot of modern medicines to treat high blood pressure, I don't think any of them are able to cure a person of high blood pressure. Natural remedies such as Hyperestol, on the other hand, have been clinically proven to be 99% effective in reducing high bp levels and even curing it when used over a long period of time. So, give natural remedies a try and go for Hyperestol reducing high blood pressure naturally. The major advantage of using natural remedies is that they do not cause any negative side effects.

ya i thought so, since there were no new entries in ur blog and then i realised u were talking abut some trip in ur old entries. those trips are damn cool, away from hectic city life, no noise, just plain simple nature and people.
if i can ask where had u go?

We had a family gathering at Koilwar on the banks of the Sone river, about 40 kms from Patna. Progress has taken place and there is now electricity and cell phone signals there. Here's the Koilwar page on wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Koilwar

gotcha. this is from link u gave me

"Bold textSONE" is the river flowing by the side of this village. This village also has a steel rail road bridge made before independence. The bridge is shown in the famous film :GANDHI: "

i was interested in bridge, since u mention in ur blog u have taken pics during ur trip, any chance tht u would have taken pic of tht bridge?

Unfortunately, I forgot my camera at home...so no pics from this trip. The best view of the bridge is in the movie Gandhi.

Sadly, the bridge is not as serene as it looks in the movie....the traffic moves one way at a time, so there are long queues on either side.

I love the fact that it's part of our history; the country's as well as our family's, with the added twist that my husband and in-law's acted in Gandhi.
