Finding a great place to stay in the UK
My parents spent a month this summer traveling in the UK. The entire trip was planned on the Internet by my father, including reservations as bed and breakfasts in several places in UK and Scotland, car rental reservation, seats at the Edinburgh Festival etc. After searching through several sites, he found that UKaccomodations.com had an intensive coverage of a variety of places to stay in the UK and Scotland.
Marlborough House was one of the best places to stay in Bath, with it's beautifully done up rooms, public areas and gardens. In the Lake District, the Buckle Yeat Guest House a 17th century Lakeland home close to Hill Top Farm, the home of Beatrix Potter was a really great find. Although, they didn't spend the night in Salisbury, Farthings Bed and Breakfast seems like a great place to stay the next time.
