We've moved so many times in the past 6 years, that I sometimes feel I could start my own packing and moving company! I've used a variety of packing and moving services, including getting just the shipping boxes and doing all the actual packing myself on one occasion. Mostly, I like to pack my personal things myself instead of letting the packers dive into them. Before each move, I take time out to sort everything out, and I really mean everything, which is quite a time consuming process, but completely worth it. This sorting out period is the most boring and irritating, since it doesn't seem like you're really getting anywhere, whereas in packing, one is actually packing and finishing stuff. Oh well, that is how it is!
Just a clarification: we're not moving!
